Welcome to DemonMC, a public Minecraft server accessible to players around the world. By accessing or using DemonMC or any of its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our server or website.

1. Who May Use Our Service

DemonMC is open to players of all ages worldwide. However, if you are under the age of 13, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the server.

2. Use of the Service

By playing on DemonMC, you agree that you will:

• Follow all server rules and community guidelines (posted in-game or on our website/Discord)

• Not engage in cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized modifications

• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other players or staff

• Not impersonate staff or use offensive usernames/skins

• Respect all administrative decisions

Breaking these terms may result in a temporary or permanent ban.

3. Server Ownership and Moderation

DemonMC is operated by a founding team based in Bangladesh and Pakistan. Moderators and administrators have the right to take action at their discretion to preserve the safety and integrity of the community.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to parts or all of the server at any time, without prior notice.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain rights to your original in-game creations and content (e.g., buildings, skins, posts). However, by uploading or sharing content on our server or website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content as part of the community experience.

You agree not to upload or share content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or discriminatory

• Infringing on others’ intellectual property

• Violent or sexually explicit

5. Donations and Payments

All donations or purchases made on DemonMC (e.g., ranks, cosmetics) are voluntary and help support server maintenance.

• All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated

• Attempting to charge back will result in a ban

We use secure third-party platforms to process payments, and we do not store your financial data directly.

6. Limitation of Liability

DemonMC and its founders are not liable for:

• Downtime, data loss, or technical errors

• Player conduct or content created by users

• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the server or website

You use DemonMC at your own risk.

7. International Access

DemonMC is operated in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, with compliance efforts to respect international users including those in India, Pakistan, Europe, and other countries.

By using the service, you consent to the processing and storage of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for complying with your local laws while using the service.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post updates on our website or notify users in-game or via Discord. Continued use of the server after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
